Little Dragons ( 5-10 )  Beginners 
. Children learn basic hand  techniques            such as well as basic kicks.
. Children develop coordination, motor 
  skills, balance and agility as well as 
  increasing confidence.

. Discipline and good behavior are taught    

  in a fun and safe environment.

Youth and adults ( 11- and up ) Beginners & Advance 

. Taekwondo lessons for Teens Provide       

  benefits immediately with results that

  last a life time.

. Better focus and concentration skills the

  importance of courtesy and respect.

. Self-control, cooperation, coordination

  and the benefits of exercise and physical      

   fitness.

. How to set and achieve goals.

.  Commitment and not giving up when

CTUSA SparringTeam Class
  Sparring team classes offer a valuable opportunity to enhance your skills in a collaborative environment. Participants receive real-time feedback from peers, which aids in refining techniques and improving strategies. The collective energy of group training fosters motivation and makes each session engaging. Moreover, these classes promote not only skill development but also the cultivation of strong relationships and a sense of community among participants.
